Regarding maintained/unmaintained: we have a rule of having at least two maintainers for each language, right now there is none... I currently merge bg commits after reviewing only general aspects, not language. |

The Bulgarian index page still contains the unmaintained partial, should we remove it? I think it would be best to do it in another PR that also contains the suggestions from #912 but would like to hear your input.
